Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

won't print -I have remove black cartrage (empty) won't print on the color .contacts  in the carriage has ink on it

Note : Do not miss the below steps mentioned in the above link.

            Step 11: Clean the area around the ink nozzles
            Step 12: Clean the ink cartridges
