Officejet 4632 running on windows 10 laptop.  Have had no problems till I installed a new color cartridge.  Yes, it's also an HP cartridge bought at Costco.  I've unplugged it, pulled cartridge let it sit, reinstalled both cartridges, still won't recognize.  Just paid about $90 for a two pack and getting very upset at this printer.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the cartridge error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thank you for your response to my problem.  As it happens, I have been having problems with this printer ever since I bought it.  I have finally given up on it, and only because I have had great service from HP products in the past, I have already ordered another printer to replace this one.   Thank you for your help.
