yellow error light is flashing, but don't have error code facility. consequently cannot get my printer to work. It is an Envy 6000  all in one printer. It is showing that the printer in offline on my laptop but as a result of error light flashing cannot get printer to show it is on;ine

  • Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Sometimes, ink cartridge issues can trigger error lights.
  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. This can often reset the printer and clear temporary errors.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Visit the HP website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues and bugs.
