I have been trying to connect to your printer for days. I bought it 2-3 months ago and connected it to my laptop for the first time using the hotspot from my phone and it worked great, I put it back in the box because I didn't have any space after. I took it out of the box again these days and tried to use it, your wonderful printer just shows me setup incomplete and I followed all the instructions, also reset the internet, removed the printer and set it up again at least 100 times. It was my biggest mistake to buy from you, but now I need a solution from you. I am a poor student who needed printed sheets and you made fun of me and my money.
