9015 will not copy or scan multiple pages through the document feeder

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp 9015 printer scanner will not scan or copy more than one page at a time through the document feeder on top of the machine. I can hear the motor running after the first page goes through, as if it's trying to take another page, but nothing...

If I "Finish" or "Cancel" in the dialogue wizard on my computer screen, it will take the next page when I start a new scan.

The "Copy" function from the printer's little screen does the same thing. One page at a time ONLY.

Any help appreciated.

Please use the following Guide

 

            https://hp123setup.com/hp-officejet-pro-9015-scanning-setup/

 

and/or use the following scan software

          

                   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi


Once it's downloaded and installed, for Windows 10:


   (a) Hit Win key,
   (b) Scroll down to HP group/folder,
   (c) Double click "HP Scan Extended"


You can put a shortcut on Taskbar or Desktop

Resetting the printer by Unplugging for 30 seconds did the trick...
