Greetings! 🙂
System: Windows 11 Pro, 22H2 Build 22621.2070
Printer-Product-Number: 226Y0B
Altough Scans from my PC via HP Scan works without Troubles , ADF-Scans via Panel to my PC results in starting the Scanprocess using the glass plate all the time.
A preloaded document in the ADF is recognized from the printer, but won't scan and the panel won't show me an option tochange the source for the scan..
Un- reboot and and re-installing the software and factory-setting didn't solve the problem.
Any Help would be appreciated

Apologies for jumping in unannounced.
If you have not done so,
If you would like to do so,
try Webscan.
True, Webscan is not "scan from the printer".
Webscan does use the printer's built-in setup options to manage the scan job.
Heed the note at the bottom of the example regarding paper size.
True - "paper" is not used to scan.
That said, a mis-matched paper size setting can stomp on your scan job.
Webscan – located in the Embedded Web Server (EWS) – No additional software
This option requires a network connection and EWS
EWS > HP Document / How-to
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
NOTE: Webscan feature is not available on Laser printers
If the printer is on the network,
If the EWS feature is available on your printer,
First Time Use Only: Enable Webscan
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Settings > Security > Administrator Settings > Enable >> Check box next to Webscan
Click Apply to save any changes
Use Webscan
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Scan > Webscan
Set up Webscan the way you want it - for example, set the Source to ADF
Click Start Scan to scan your document / image using Webscan
After the scan is complete, Save the scan to your computer.
Example - EWS - Webscan -
Initial setup and using Webscan

Your welcome and Thanks for your Support in my Problem.
While making the settings on the EWS, I had already activated this option (Webscan) and I was able to use this variant without any problems while troubleshooting.
Thanks for the suggested alternatives, unfortunately they don't solve this existing problem.
Just for clarification, I would like to mention that I previously had an Officejet 8620 e-All-in-One and the ADF scan never had such a problem.
