bonjour, je vous écrit ce petit message pour vous dire que j'ai une imprimante hp 1410 psc. depuis que le programme adobe flash player est plus disponible depuis le mois de décembre 2020 ou janvier 2021. je ne sais plus faire des document en pdf avec mon imprimante sauf savoir secanner des photos mais scanner des documents en format pdf impossible. avez vous un autre programme pour savoir scanner les documents en pdf depuis mon imprimante?.

sans oublie que je ne sais plus ouvrir le centre de solutions de HP.

le centre de solution HP a besoin de adobe flash player pour s'ouvrir parce que dans ce centre de solution, il y a la fonction scarnner pdf mais aussi savoir ce qu'il me reste dans mes cartouches d'encre et savoir faire des mises a jour de mon imprimante.

je me doute bien que je ne suis pas le seul qui a ce problème là depuis que adoble flash player n'a plus disponible.

j'espère que HP aura trouvé une solution pour les centre de solutions des imprimantes.

Be Aware:

There is no actual fix for the interface - the old Solution Center, long unsupported, depended on Flash.

Flash is gone and not coming back.


One main obstacle is that without the Solution Center software, checking for ink supplies is also not possible.

The best you can do is to print a self-test report as described in the User Guide on Page 30

This doesn't tell you the status (how much ink) - it does help you decide whether it it time for new cartridges.



The printer software itself - assuming it is still installed - is likely still usable.

Leave your printer software installed.


For example,

You should still be able to print from applications (Word, for example).

PDF printing is still likely possible using Adobe Reader DC




Scanning options are available - several scan programs / applications, in fact, are available for Windows 10.


Just one example,

1.  Start Scan using HP Scan executable


The exact name of the "HP Scan" executable might be different for one or another printer / software.




The old Solution Center Scan software is located in "Digital Imaging"

The name of the scan executable varies.


C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\


C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\


Find and Double-Click on scan File name / executable.

Flash has been permanently disabled as of 12-Jan-2021.

This causes the "startup" menu of the Solution Center to fail when you try to open the software.


There are scan options, both recommended and others that are "not supported" but do work according to those who have used them.

If you do not like the recommended options, do not want to use these, or wish to see more,

Search the Community for "Solution Center" - sort the results by Date - open / read those threads that are of interest to you.


Reminder:  The only actual solution is to replace the printer.
