We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I downloaded the scanner that HP offered (the Butterfly) last month it would not scan into a PDF.  I had choices of a JPG, TIF, or PNG,  I tried it again last week and when I clicked on the butterfly I got a choice of scanning a picture or a document.  After clicking the document it immediately scanned into a PDF. 

 

Maybe HP was listening.

Brilliant, it worked on my Win 10 pro doing exactly like this:

Selecting the downloaded file.
Right click - Properties
Go to Compatibility Tab
Set check beside "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and picked up Windows 7 from the listbox underneath
Set Run this program as an Administrator
Confirmed with Ok
Doubleclick to install it, when it finished no reboot needed the HP Solution center is back to its usual appearing.

from  www.oldversion.com   you sir please download old versions of adobe flash player and install... this  works  sure for hp laser jer flatbed 2400 2410  scanners... thank you and best of luck..

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried this months ago and it worked until my computer decided to install "valuable" updates to my Windows 7 Professional O/S.  After each update, it removed Flashdrive.  I absolutely hate HP and Adobe for this "screwing" of their customers!  You'd think such large companies would somehow accommodate problems that are caused by these same large companies, but no.
