Please try HP App instead and check, the HP AIO Remote app is quite outdated and no longer being updated for years:

Hello,
I had the same problem. I tried this link but the info came back to me that the device linked to my account was not found. I was logged in to the Microsoft account at this time, my computer meets the parameters. I do not know what to do. I don't know anything about technical matters, please help. Thank you, Agnieszka.
