I just purchased the HP Officejet Pro 9015e since this is advertized as automatic two sided scanning. After getting it set up to scan to email, it is not automatically detecting a 1 sided scan. So, I am gettting blank pages between my pages. Anyone have any ideas?

The spec sheet states duplex printing but makes no mention of duplex scanning.

But the HP store states dual pass duplexing as does the user guide.
First I would confirm that the unit actually duplexes by making a 2 sided copy. If it can copy 2 sided it will be able to scan 2 sided.

Hi,
The printer supports automatic duplex scanning, the reconfigured scan settings need to be changed from the EWS page of your printer:

The printer cannot detect a such automatically, you may either change the default settings or change the setting for each scan job from the printer front panel for the current scan job by clicking the Gear icon within the Scan to Email screen on the printer front panel allows changing the setting for current job.
