We use an Color LaserJet Flow MFP M5. When scanning using the automatic feeder a black horizontal black line appears at the top of the copy. I've cleaned all of the scanning surfaces using moist microfiber cloths, and dried the areas with microfiber cloths. I've read and watched the videos for this issue--not much to do to solve this problem, seemingly. However, the line remains. Any ideas?

You need to run the scanner calibration routine. The model number you have posted is not complete and you also have not stated what firmware version you are using.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

I ran the scanner calibration, but after a couple of clean scans the line came back as well as vertical streaks. I also ran the other calibration and cleaning pages; I get a few clean scans before the lines return. I've cleaned the whole AFT, top to bottom, examined all of the areas. I'm wondering if that piece in the AFT where the paper feeds through needs to be replaced. None of the managers know if there is a service/maintenance agreement with this printer--there probably isn't.
Thanks.
