Product: C309a Photosmart Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper drive (roller assembly that drops down onto the paper tray) has a broken gear.  I just want to locate either a new part or a local, Seattle-area HP-approved repair shop.  I cannot get that through the virtual assistant, HP website, or by phone (without paying a fee to talk to someone).  Anyone have info?  Thanks.

Hi,

Have you tried to use the HP Service Center Locator to locate an authorized location in the Seattle area?

https://support.hp.com/nz-en/service-center

 

Be aware that such an older model has reached its End of Support stage and no longer supported, I doubt it has replacement parts available any longer.
