This is the windows 8.1 scanning software. I was unable to find anything newer.
This is the minimum driver required for basic WIA functionality. This driver enables scanning with the Windows Photo Gallery on Windows Vista /Win7 or the Scanner and Camera Wizard on Windows XP or scan app in Win8/Win10. Scanning can also be done with a variety of 3rd party scanner enabled applications. |

There is a 3rd party application that you might try. It requires a license unfortunately.
