Product: HP OFFICEJETPRO 8028

the scanner on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 won't scan. It worked fine after I first set it up. Everything seems to be in order but it won't scan. I noticed that other people had the same problem with this model.  Very frustrating.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you download and install the HP FULL featured software?

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8020-all-in-one-printer-series/242...

 

Go to Software Utility donwload the software.

 

You should be able to scan after downloading and installing the HP FULL featured softwawre..
