Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

This is what I am trying to do:

HP Smart App / Camera Scan / Source: "Files &Photos"

The problem with the above operations is that you can only add a photo at a time ... This is a huge problem, since I would like to add a lot of photos the document, use the editing cropping options, save it as a pdf and in the end print it. If I am using the add photo operațional for each photo, it will take forever to prepare my documents. 

If this very simple task is not possible to be accomplished, well ... I do not see how this app can be called HP Smart App...

I understand your frustration, and it sounds like you're trying to streamline the process of adding multiple photos to a single document using the HP Smart App. 

 

Ensure the app is updated.

First, make sure that you are using the latest version of the HP Smart App. If it's outdated, it might have bugs or missing features. Update it via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

After updating, check if the issue persists.
