We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

My printer had been setup to scan to email and to network/ local folder. Now I get a username / password error. I went to the smart app and reset my gmail password ...still no good.

 

Not the most intuitive interface. last time I was online with a person from HP and it took hours to get it to work. So, I get why I can't simply type in my passworrd apply and get my life back (lol)... got that off my chest.

 

Anyone able to walk me through the correct setup?
