Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

HP Envy 4520 Printer - it was scanning perfectly just a couple of days ago, and now it doesn't scan what I need. How do I get the printer to scan to my computer?

You need to provide some more details:

  1. How is the printer connected? USB or WiFi or Network?
  2. What error messages are displayed?
