After many efforts to reset, re-register and even re-install the Microsoft store, I have somehow come up with the HP Smart App. on my computer but when I open it, the (attached) image/page appears but none of the buttons or links in that page will work!   I am at a loss to figure out how to obtain and use HP Smart with my HP printer.  I've tried uninstalling and then re-installing HP Smart App. several times but get the same useless image/page every time.  Any ideas are welcome...... jim

Problem solved by simply installing the HP printer (using printer installation disc) onto my new HP laptop!   It works just fine now!  What a trip!!!!  Thanks to all those who offered various solutions.  🙂 jim
