I can't get my printer to scan to computer although the options is set to scan to computer, it use to work but not now, please help. I can't call or get in touch with customer support for some reason.

@Zamona520, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Looks like the scan to computer is disabled on your Mac. Enabling the scan to computer from HP Utility may resolve the issue.

Let us try the following steps:

 

Step 1: On your Mac, click Finder, click Applications, click the Hewlett-Packard or HP folder, then double-click HP Utility. (If HP Utility is not available, download and install HP Utility from here

Step 2: Under Scan Settings, click Scan to Computer, then make sure the Enable Scan to Computer check box is selected.

 

 

Step 3: Try to scan.
