We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have been advised to change scanning settings to 300 ppi  and 'Separate file for each scanned page' unchecked.

 

How do I access these settings, please?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.  These settings are in the HP Scan (FULL feature softwawre)

 

If the software is not installed, can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

 

The following resource will help you :
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Alternatively, this link will also help to download and install the FULL feature software.

https://123.hp.com/us/en/

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

Start the HP Printer assistant and then select Scan > Scan a Doument or Photo

 

Go to "More", top right hand corner > Image, "Resolution (ppi)" is where you can select 300ppi.

 

For 'Separate file for each scanned page' unchecked'
