HP OfficeJet Pro 9018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018. The recommended drivers for it, per HP website, are under the name "OfficeJect Pro 9010." The specs for the 9018 that I have state it DOES have a Collate Option. However, that option along with a few other options currently aren't visible on the touch screen. How to I make those options visible/active?

Hi,

Collating is only supported when copying from the top document feeder.

Load the originals into the top feeder and ensure there is a sound or Original Loaded message on the screen.

Now click Copy > Copy Document and press the gear icon, the Collate toggle should now be visible in the menu.

Thank you for the intuitive but not obvious and not documented by HP solution to where or where was the collate option on my HP Pro 9018.  You saved me many more hours of frustration. It would be great if HP included your solution in their Virtual help option!.  You are a star HP community problem solver!
