Hi,
Download and install the following software:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL30951/mp-110165-3/AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe
During the UELA step clck the software selection link (the 4th one) and uncheck Bing Bar due to incompatibility issues with MS Edge, then continue te installation
Please let me know the results,
Shlomi

Hi,
I have done this more times than I can count. I never see an option for license check or to deselect "Bing". I do always get an error message telling me that Bing will not run on my computer. Following that, the install completes, ostensibly, but I am unable to view the printer or scan. When I look under devices and printers I do see HP7410xi, but when I look under "My Computer" I see a printer icon with "(E:)" next to it and reported as a USB drive instead of a printer. I can print, but, as I mentioned in my initial post, when I try to scan, I see the message, "If you want to scan, connect a scanner", or something to that effect.
