I have loaded this 3 times.  My scan buttons gives me the SAME Download Software MESSAGE EVERY TIME.

When  I push the SCAN button I get a message to load software from 123HP.com/setup.  I went to that website  and my printer gives me the same message every time

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The printer is trying to get you to install "HP Smart" printer software.  There is no ChromeOS version.   😞
