Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print an A4 pager from the computer, it takes 30 sec from I press print to it's printed out.

Lately when I want to copy an A4 or ID card etc from the printer it takes about 6 min and 35 seconds from I press start black or colour to it's printed out. 

The printer is loaded and set up with A4 paper and the software is updated.

Please advise what to do??

Hi,

Please open and close the input paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, does it show A4 / US Letter, Plain Paper?

 

If any other paper size or type is shown press No or Modify and change the paper size and type, ensure it meets the actual paper size and type loaded in your printer.

Thanks, it was set to glossary paper. I changed it to plain and it's fast as before.
