Hello, 

 

On the Scan to email function I used to send documents to an email address but I don't have access to this email address anymore as its changed and I would like to remove the email address from the machine but when attempting I cannot remember the pin.

 

Can someone tell me how to do this please?

I'd be happy to assist you with deleting the old email address. 

 

Let's restore the printer settings:

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Printer Maintenance . 3. Touch Restore. 4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored. 5. Touch Continue.
