I am the second owner of an HP Office Jet Pro 8035e. It's driving me crazy that the previous user's scan to email address is in my list and there is nothing I can do about it without a PIN! If I try to delete the user or remove them from the list, it asks for a PIN #. If I choose Forgot PIN, it will send the information to that email address, which I can't access! I have searched everywhere and the solution of removing web services and then setting up the scan to email options does not work!! I've even sent an email to that person explaining that I now own that printer and asking if I could please have their PIN to remove their email address! I get no response, they obviously think I'm crazy or a scammer!! If anyone has a real solution, I would love it! I'm so Type A that it drives me nuts to keep seeing their email address when I want to scan to an email! Thanks!

I thought that this had worked at first, but it did not. Her email is still in the printer after doing a semi-full reset.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as they can remotely access your Computer and help you with this.
