Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My old MJ hardware worked.  What I have now does not.  Need to turn Error Correcton Mode off.  Can't find it anywhere in the menu.  Has someone been able to do this?

Hi,

Fromt eh Setup menu select Service, then select Fax Service.

 

From that menu select Error Correction and set it as Off.

Thanks for the tip.  Too many different places to deal with fax set up options.  Will test it in the morning to see if it works.
