Hi All,
I have the above home office printer and recently the document scanner doesn't scan to the computer which is connected via usb.
I have set the scan to computer profile and updated the path to where I want scans to be saved.
When I use the scan bed and select scan to computer it works fine and saves it to the file path folder. When I use the document feeder it simply runs the documents through the feeder and the printer says 'this file has been sent to *computer name* Check computer for more information' however the sans do not appear.
If I use the HP Scan software the document feeder will runs the documents through and does scan the documents for me to then save manually.
Any help? Clearly the feeder and scanner do work just not in this particular instance?

Just to weigh in here... We're having the same issue as the original poster. For us, it started ~3 weeks ago, and it doesn't appear to be related to windows updates installations, or other settings changes.
As noted, the flatbed works as expected, and the feeder does not (via USB).
Interestingly, from the HP Scan software on the desktop, you can trigger a Scan to USB of the feeder, and that appears to work without issue, but we're still looking for a solution of the Scan to USB from the printer itself.
We have rebooted both computer and printer, and re-saved Scan to USB settings in order to assure the settings are intact.
Looking forward to others finding a solution.
Thanks!
