We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Regardless of how many pages I try to scan 1,2, or more. it thinks that there are 3 pages and then gets 'jammed' at that point.

 

Everything is cleared and cleaned. Please advise

Nope, doesn't work. 

 

Basically it thinks that the 1st page never finishes. Seems very much like a software issue.

 

Anyway of winding back the firmware?

The scans from the scanner glass are ok? You can try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
