Since I download Mas OS Big Sur 11.33.1, the scanner fonction is not working anymore whereas the printer is still working.
I think this is a driver problem but I can not find it on HP's website to download it.
Could you please help me?
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
My printer is not in the list. Then, I went to 123.hp.com. It doesn't recognize either.
It was working well, since the last update to Mac OS Big Sur.
Do you have another solution?
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I followed the steps : I downloaded uninstaller and then I tried to install the drivers for Mac OS Big Sur 11, but I have this error message.
It says the software is not updated.
Then I went to hp support to try to download the driver for Mac OS Big Sur 11.3.1 but it says this error message:
It says no printer founded...
Do you have an idea what I should do?
Thanks.

Please be sure following the steps as listed, this should allow opening the file, if not be sure to also try right-clicking the HP Installation file and select Open to launch it and check for any difference:
From System Preferences select Security & Privacy and click the unlock icon at the bottom, then provide your user information. if you see an Allow button on this screen, click it to allow the HP Software installation (Skip to the next step if an Allow button does not appear)
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.

Hello,
I tried to follow the steps described in your message but I don't succeed in finding a link after having found my printer in the list. This is a static document and can't download the HP installation file. When I right-click on it, it is not proposed to open to launch it.
Do you have another idea?
Thanks very much to help.
