Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise M507dng

We have tried 2 different printers and all the settings for duplexing are correct but neither printer will consistently duplex print.   It duplexes then it stops printing.  2 different computers one with Windows 10 and Windows 11.  Never had this problem on Windows 7.  Duplex printed for years in my business.  Now Windows 10 and 11 will not provide my HP printer with consistent duplex printing.  It is so discouraging.

Device settings check duplex installed.

Finishing in preferences print both sides box checked.

Full software installed for new HP M611dn printer.

Full software installed for old M507dn printer.

Windows 10 and 11 new computers.

None of them will duplex print non stop for any length of time.
