Howdy folks, 

 

I have an HP Scanjet Pro 3000 S3 that is having issues when doing a duplex scan or scanning the back side of the page only.  The "front" side of the scan works perfectly.   When scanning the back side, it is acting as if 1.5~1.6 inches of the left-hand side (facing me) of the page is not there.   That is with the page size set to "detect size."  If I change the page size setting to 8.5x11 it seems to add that missing portion to the left side of the page, but its empty space.   I attached pics of both scans.   Is this possibly a sensor I need to replace clean or any other obvious cause?   Auto Detect_0001.jpg8.5x11_0001.jpg
