I keep receiving the error message 0x6100004a and a paper jam. There is no paper jam and I've tried resetting the printer as suggested to no avail. This just popped up one day on the screen.

the printer keeps telling me that I need to clear the paper jam or the paper tray. There is no paper in the printer nor is it jammed. I tried to take the ink out and do a reset but the ink cartridge compartment is now stuck or locked on the right side of the printer.
