@Mo97,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your printer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!

I have the same problem.

I have a HP Officejet 8600 Plus N911g, with firmware version CKP5CN1829AR.

I am using MacOS Mojave 10.14.6, but the issue is not related in any way to the Operating System.

I have attempted logging in using the latest versions of the following browsers:

- Google Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Safari Version 13.0.4 (14608.4.9.1.4) 64 bit
- Firefox 71.0 64 bit

I did a factory reset of my printer from the control panel.  I have power cycled the printer.

I accessed the printer's webpage, and used it to set up a password for the admin username.  Once the password was created, I was prompted to log in.

I attempted to login by using admin for username, and copying and pasting the password I created from the original source where I originally typed it.

I have never been able to log in.  On all 3 web browsers, after several attempts, I get a message saying "Your session is locked. Try again later."

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Let me know if this helps.

I have a Samsung HP Xpress M2022W laserjet printer which was working well on my wifi. We have recently changed the wifi router (which has a new password) and now my printer will not connect to the new wifi. How do I connect the printer to the new router? I have a MacBook Air computer attached.
