When I try to send a fax I get a message back saying fax storage full. It then tries to print a report. I have tried clearing memory from the fax screen, power cycling, restoring to default factory settings, searching forum questions and attempting to follow troubleshooting steps that are (unfortunately) filled with dead links. Please help I am stuck in fax lingo and my whole family is relying on me to fix this fax.

@4sdhere It could be the "Save receiving fax" option is on, and now need clear.  Or could be simply the fax you are trying to send had too many pages.

I suggest:

1. Delete stored faxes from memory:

From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

Open the Service menu, then

Open the Fax Service menu.

Select the Clear Saved Faxes item.

2. if still getting the error, try separate the pages and try send 2 faxes with half of the pages at a time.

As I mention in the post above I have already tried clearing the stored faxes and used the exact steps you mentioned to do that. I have even tried faxing a single page at a time--still not working. Please send help.
