Hello! I recently had to replace the printer heads in my printer and now my scanner won't work. The printer says to reset and see if the problem still exists. I run the Hp Scan and Print Dr and it will not complete the scan of my system and stops on the Windows (WIA) Scan and does not complete the other steps. If I try to use the HP Scan app it says "General Failure" at the top, or will say the scanner is busy. I have unplugged and plugged it in, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.
I am a full time student and need this scanner to help with my work and can't afford to replace this right now.
Thank you!
