The email address is correct.
It works with my personal email address, not my work email address
If you are referring to "eFax" as a subscribed Internet service provided by the company"eFax", you need to talk to your subscriber about any issues.
IF you are using the word "eFax" when you mean HP Mobile Fax,
I would guess your work email is objecting to the Mobile Fax -- work place email providers frequently block services created and sent by software programs. Ask your (work place) IT department if your (work place) mail server allows connections to / from Mobile Fax.
If the setup has worked before, there might be something in the Mobile Fax "how-to" documentation that could help.
