HELP!!!! Can NOT Scan to my earthlink email

Officejet 9010 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have new All in One Officejet 9010 and can NOT scan to my own email...This is my 3rd and I have never had a problem before. I have been on the phone with HP tech and Earthlink tech and each blames the other...I can scan to outlook and gmail with no problems...Any suggestions????? BTW...scanner is et up correctly and this is what I get when I scan to me...

Hi @Seamaid53,

 

I'd like to help!

 

 From a trusted device, sign in to your email account. Go to your account settings, search for authentication, SMTP, or security, and then follow the on-screen instructions to set-up access for the scan to email feature. and then try and add your email to scan to the email list.
