I've been able to successfully scan to print for year and last week my scan to email stopped working for some reason. I had an issue with my printer going offline and I unplugged it and reset it and I think that may have caused the issue but I can't get it back working. My scan to email is sending the scans to a **bleep** account. I am now getting the following error message:
Cannot resolve the SMTP server. Check the SMTP and DNS server settings with your system administrator or Internet Service Provider.
How do I resolve this issue??? Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
The issue could be due to Goggle removing the "Less Secure apps" feature.

Thank you for your help. I went back through and did this all again and I am still getting the same error message, which is:
Cannot resolve the SMTP server. Check the SMTP and DNS server settings with your system administrator or Internet Service Provider.
Any other suggestions? I had this working last week with creating this special app after **bleep** changed this security issue last summer but something happened last week that caused it to stop working when my printer was not connecting to my computer.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions and thanks for your help!
