Hi @poolie1
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To take a screenshot using the HP 125 Wired Keyboard, you can use the following methods, as the keyboard itself doesn't have a dedicated Print Screen key:
Method 1: Use the On-Screen Keyboard
Open On-Screen Keyboard:
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog, type osk, and press Enter. This opens the On-Screen Keyboard.
Take a Screenshot:
- On the On-Screen Keyboard, click the PrtScn button to capture the screen.
Method 2: Use Windows Shortcuts
Full Screen: Press Windows + Print Screen. This will capture the entire screen and save the screenshot automatically to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures library.
Active Window: Press Alt + Print Screen to capture only the active window. This copies the screenshot to your clipboard, which you can then paste into an image editor or document using Ctrl + V.
Method 3: Use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch:
- Search for "Snipping Tool" or "Snip & Sketch" in the Start menu and open it.
Take a Screenshot:
- Use the tool to select the area of the screen you want to capture.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
