I see that you are facing scanning issues with your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer using Mac computer.

 

I suggest that you download the latest drivers from this link.

Thankyou - this now works if I scan using the HP Smart software, but if I press the scan button on the front of the printer rather than scanning from the HP Smart software, and select pdf it still scans and saves it as a blank document.

Please download and install the firmware update from this weblink on the windows computer connected to the printer.
