Cannot scan from ADF. There is no "flatbed / ADF" option in xsane. Scanning is done only from glass.
xubuntu 16.04 x64 (kernel 4.4.0-142, libsane 1.0.25+git20150528-1ubuntu2.16.04.1)
driver: uld-hp_V1.00.39.12_00.15

Correction, when connected via USB, it scans only from glass (flatbed). When connected via a network - only ADF.
On xubuntu 20.04 x64 (libsane 1.0.29-0ubuntu5): Scanning works every other time, the MFP often crashes and it freezes during the scanning process.

On another computer with ubuntu 18.04 x64 (libsane1 1.0.27-1~experimental3ubuntu2.2), the conversely: when connected via USB, it scans only with ADF, and if there is no paper there, an error "no paper in ADF" appears. And when connected via a network, it scans only from glass (flatbed).
