When I click "scan" to initiate a scan, the screen just keeps loading and the documents never go through the feeder. I reset the printer and checked the wi-fi connectivity, but nothing is working. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?

To assist better, could you please provide me the information for the below questions:
- Can you make a copy using the document feeder?
- Are you directly using the touch screen of the unit or any scanning application?
- Is the blue light solid on the printer?
