I set up a Smart Task on my iPhone app to scan and save files to Dropbox, which worked fine until today. Now after scanning, the process doesn't advance beyond "Smart Task Running" in the Activity view. There's no error message. I'm just stuck in limbo.
I disconnected and reconnected my Wifi network. No luck. I created a new Smart Task to scan and save files to Google Drive, and the same issue happens.
I researched similar issues and saw that HP Support recommended updating OS. So I updated to Big Sur 11.0.1. No luck. I saw another recommendation to update the software on the printer. I checked, and mine says it's up to date. I removed the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it and the same thing happens.
