Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both my husband's and my computer and my phone, are unable to connect to the scanning component of our printer.

My husband's computer comes up with a WIA error but mine doesn't even recognise that a scanner can be used.

I have tried troubleshooting but am unable to get any progress.
