HP ScanJet Pro 2500 probleme de connection avec windows 11

Bonjour,

Après l'installation de mon scanjet 2500 pro f1 tout se passe bien. Mais dès que celui ci est éteint et que je le rallume le scanner devient introuvable et je dois redémarrer l'ordinateur ou le service WIA pour que celui-ci soit a nouveau visible et utilisable.

Hp peut il apporter une solution a ce problème qui touche de nombreux utilisateur de ce scanner. Pour l'instant très décu

After installing my scanjet 2500 pro f1 everything was fine.
But as soon as it is turned off and I turn on back again, the scanner cannot be found and I have to restart the computer or the WIA service from Window for the scanner to be visible and usable again.

Can Hp provide a solution to this problem which affects many users of this scanner.
So far very disappointed
