Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since upgrading to Win 10, I cannot scan above 300 dpi.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you ensure the FULL feature software is installed?

 

The following resource will help you :

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

 

Once installed, use the HP Scan software (start HP Printer Assistant and than select Scan)

 

This post explains how to use 1200 dpi on the Scan glass only.
