We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

After the prior HP Smart update added Auto-Enhancements, it improved the quality of scans.  However, if a scanned page was merged into an unscanned PDF file, the scanned page was many times larger than non-scanned pages.  I was able to turn off Auto-Enhancements and while the quality wasn't as good, at least all the pages were the same size after merging.  Now after the latest update, the scanned page is many times larger than the unscanned pages whether Auto-Enhancements is on or off.  What scan settings should I use to get scanned pages to be the same size as unscanned pages in the merged PDF file?
