I had a support case in as well, but that's now been closed - they said it needs escalating to the Cloud Support Team.

Please can any HP support agent get this escalated behind the scenes?

We have also experienced this problem with no solutions.  Spent an hour with HP tech support this morning and they finally told me it was a One Drive issue.  After reading this thread i agree it is a communication issue between HP and MS.  Please post again if you come up with a reasonable solution.  One would think HP would prioritize this issue.
