HP Smart won't load my account information. I keep getting this error message. "fa110e20-0665-11ef-987a-8713a48af1e2.fb5791b0-0682-11ef-987a-8713a48af1e2. My printer is a HP Inspire 7955e all in one. Each time I attempt to use the Mobile FAX tab I get the aforementioned message.

Hi @alreadyexhailed ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with HP Smart not loading your account information on your HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer. The error message you provided indicates a technical problem.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Restart HP Smart: Sometimes, simply restarting the application can resolve temporary glitches. Close HP Smart completely and then reopen it to see if the issue persists.
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable. HP Smart requires an active internet connection to access your account information.
- Update HP Smart: Make sure you have the latest version of HP Smart installed on your computer. Check for updates in the Microsoft Store or download the latest version from the HP website.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies of the HP Smart application might help resolve the issue. Go to the settings or preferences section of HP Smart and look for options to clear cache and cookies.
- Reinstall HP Smart: If the issue persists, try uninstalling HP Smart from your computer and then reinstalling it. This can help resolve any corrupted installation files that may be causing the problem.
- Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking HP Smart from accessing the internet or your account information. Temporarily disable them and see if the issue is resolved.
